DASC Career & Coaching Background
Caitlin has been a dedicated member of the Polar Bear Academy coaching staff for three years. After transitioning from playing to coaching, she quickly developed a passion for helping our youngest athletes learn the fundamentals of the game in a fun, supportive environment. She has coached both the Academy and Hello Soccer programs, bringing energy, patience, and a strong understanding of foundational player development.

Playing Experience
Caitlin began her soccer journey in the Academy and Recreation programs before competing with the Destroyers and later the Northern Girls soccer team. Her experience as a youth player shaped her coaching style and gives her valuable insight into the needs of early-stage athletes.

About Me
Caitlin enjoys swimming and is currently a member of the Northern High School swim team. She brings the same dedication and teamwork from her swimming background into her coaching role, always encouraging players to try their best and have fun while learning.
