DASC Career & Coaching Background
Briana (Bri) has been coaching with DASC since 2018, following her three daughters through the Academy, Recreation, Travel, and Premier pathways. Her coaching approach emphasizes positivity, perseverance, and building confident, tactically strong players. She has helped lead both her DASC teams to many league and tournament championships. In addition to her coaching roles, Bri also contributes her graphic design talents to the club, helping create team logos and visual materials that strengthen DASC’s brand identity.
Playing Experience
Bri grew up playing both club and high school soccer and carries many memories from her early playing days—including missing a decisive chance at the DDSO around age 11, which she now uses as a reminder that mistakes are a valuable part of development. She went on to play in a co-ed league with her husband in her 20s and currently competes in a women’s league during the fall and spring seasons.
Coaching Philosophy / Personal Motto
“Take a breath and try again.”
“Everything is difficult before it is easy.”
Bri believes deeply in hard work, resilience, and maintaining a positive mindset. She loves watching players—her own children included—push through challenges, grow their confidence, and experience success through effort and determination.
