Coach Abdelkarim Boudiane

Coach Abdelkarim Boudiane brings decades of international playing and coaching experience to the Dillsburg Area Soccer Club. With a strong background in player development at both youth and senior levels, he is passionate about helping players grow technically, tactically, and personally through the game.

Coach Boudiane holds multiple advanced coaching licenses, including a CAF License B, CAF License C & D, and a UEFA C (B-level) certification earned in Germany. His coaching career spans several countries, with leadership roles in Morocco, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Most recently, he has served as a coach with Dillsburg Area Soccer Club since 2024.

Previously, Coach Boudiane was the President and Head Coach of Entente Sportive de Settat in Morocco and spent six years as Head Coach of the senior team, Les Lions de Chaouia Settat, competing at a high competitive level. He has also coached youth players internationally, including time in Sharjah, UAE.

As a former player, Coach Boudiane competed from youth through senior levels in Morocco before playing internationally in the UAE, giving him a deep understanding of the game from both player and coach perspectives.

Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Coach Boudiane brings a global perspective to the club and is committed to creating a positive, disciplined, and development-focused environment for all players
