In the Polar Bear Elite Academy program, younger players learn and practice the fundamentals of soccer. The coaches at DASC help each player build a strong soccer foundation by creating a positive and fun learning environment. The curriculum follows U.S. Youth Soccer recommendations, which include a combination of skills training followed by a scrimmage without keeping score.

Rec Soccer is a great option for players with a wide range of experience and skills. It offers convenience for those who play other sports and can't fully commit to a travel team, or players who may not be able to attend every practice or game. It’s also an opportunity for those who have never tried soccer to play with those who have in a positive, fun and structured setting.

DASC Travel Tryouts are Sunday, April 23rd & Sunday, April 30th. The Tryout schedule will be posted by March 1st. Age groups with multiple teams will have two tryout dates. More Information about the Tryouts can be found in the tryout manual.

All Academy & Recreation programs start the week of April 3rd and run for eight weeks at Chestnut park.
