Lauren Boehm

Coach Lauren joined the Dillsburg Area Soccer Club coaching staff in 2025 and currently coaches both U6 and U8 boys teams. She brings a strong playing background and a player-centered approach to her role with the club.

As a player, Coach Lauren competed at a high level from a young age, playing for several respected travel programs including Avalanche FC, PA Classics, and LDC United. She was a four-year starting varsity midfielder at Northern High School and later walked on to the Shippensburg University women’s soccer team during her freshman year.

Coach Lauren’s coaching philosophy emphasizes player development over results, while ensuring sessions remain fun, engaging, and confidence-building. She believes that when players are excited to come to practice, growth happens naturally. Her approach also stresses respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, officials, and parents, helping create a positive and supportive environment for all involved.

Outside of soccer, Coach Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She currently has two sons enrolled in Dillsburg Area Soccer Club and another involved in wrestling. When time allows, she enjoys going to the gym and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles.
