DASC Career
Erica began her coaching journey with DASC at the Academy level before progressing to Recreation and, eventually, to the Travel program. She is now in her fourth season leading the U10 Girls Diamonds, where she is known for her positive coaching style, high standards, and commitment to developing confident, technically skilled players.

Coaching & Playing Background
Erica has been passionate about soccer from an early age, spending her playing career as a forward and center midfielder. She competed for West Perry High School, where she became the first female athlete in program history to reach 100 career points. She also played year-round at the travel level, gaining invaluable competitive experience.

Erica continued her education and soccer career at Penn State Harrisburg (Division III), where she was a four-year starter, a two-year team captain, and a selection to the program’s All-Decade Team—a recognition of both her performance and leadership.

Her coaching career began with the Hershey Soccer Club before joining DASC, where she now leads a group of talented young athletes she proudly describes as “kind, fierce, and determined future stars.”

Coaching Philosophy / Player Motto
“Always give 110%. The harder you work, the greater the reward.”

Erica believes in effort, resilience, and building strong character through sport. She strives to help each player discover their strengths, embrace challenges, and grow both on and off the field.
