Alison Hummel, Head Coach | U6 Girls

Coach Ali joined the Dillsburg Area Soccer Club coaching staff and brings a strong playing background and three years of experience coaching young players. Her approach focuses on player development while creating a fun, positive, and encouraging environment where players can build confidence and a love for the game.

As a player, Coach Ali competed at a high level and played collegiate soccer at Millersville University. Her experience as a player has given her a strong understanding of the game and a passion for helping young athletes develop both their skills and confidence on the field.

Coach Ali believes that soccer should be fun while also teaching important lessons about teamwork, sportsmanship, perseverance, and respect. She strives to create practices where players are engaged, encouraged to try new things, and excited to come back each week. Her goal is to help each player grow at their own pace while developing a lifelong love for the sport.

Outside of soccer, Coach Ali is a mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family. She loves hiking, outdoor adventures, making bread, tending to her chickens, and supporting her children in all of their sports activities.
