Refund
Procedures
1. There will be a $10.00 processing fee for all refund
requests made in relation to the fall season following the last date of
skill assessments and following February 15 for the spring season. Fall
season registration fees will be refunded if the registrar or president
is requested to do so in writing (by regular mail or e-mail) on or
before June 15 of the year in which the registration fee is paid for U9
and above players and on or before July 15 for U6 and U8 players.
Spring season registration fees will be refunded if the registrar or
president is requested to do so in writing by March 15th of the year of
the spring season for U9 and above players and on or before April 1 for
U6 and U8 players.
2. Refunds will be made in full and automatically in the
event there is no team on which to place the player.
3. Except under the above circumstance, registration fees
and uniforms are forfeited to DASC whether or not the registered player
participates unless the Executive Board approves otherwise.
4. There will be a $25 late fee for returning U9 and above
players registering after May 30 for the fall season and after February
15 for the spring season, and a $20 late fee for returning U6 and U8
players registering after July 15 for the fall season and after April 1
for the spring season.
