FALL REGISTRATION -
Walk in registration dates for the
2008 Fall season will be:
March 1st from 10am - 1pm
March 15th from Noon - 3pm

Carroll Township Building 555 Chestnut Grove Rd. Dillsburg PA
All
players need to be registered to participate in assessments.

playing age when filling out the EPYSA registration form which is

The DASC encourages all players
to attend Skill Assessments. Assessments serve as a valuable tool
to ensure that players are placed on an appropriate team. Please
take a moment and read the assessment flyer by clicking on the link
below.

REGISTRATION FEE:
Players will pay $55 for the fall season.
Any
additional members of the family will pay $50.
1. U9
and New players U10 and above need to supply the following:
1x1 picture
Copy of birth certificate
EPYSA
Registration Form
2.
Current U10 and above players need to supply:
1x1 picture
EPYSA
Registration Form
3. U6/U7/U8 players need to supply
EPYSA
Registration Form
Note: CPYSL requires this information for registration. If you do not
have everything stated above we will not be able to process your child’s registration at time of registration.
Therefore, in the best interest of the club and your child, please
bring the required information with you.
